- An Instagram/Website Audit is a brief critique of your page to include: bio, graphics, captions, layout, flow, engagement, hashtags, and overall effectiveness in order to be more successful, boost sales and create a smoother customer experience.

- An Instagram/Website Audit is not a live OR virtual meeting.

- An Instagram/Website Audit is delivered as a recorded VIDEO.

- Instagram/Website Audits are delivered in 1-3 business days (M-F).

- An Instagram/Website Audit does not review every single post on your page; however, we do go through a variety of posts on your page to get a detailed understanding of areas of strength and needed growth/focus.

- Instagram/Website Audits are non-refundable.

    Shipping Policy

    Current processing times are 1-5 business days and may increase for larger orders. We are expecting to receive hundreds of orders Black Friday weekend, and will work as fast as possible to ship. Shipping will then take 2-3 business days using the United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail or 7-10 business days via first class mail. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

    *Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    All international customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing. Refunds are not given if a package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason.

    Really beneficial!

    So worth the money, shakira thourougly went through my website/IG and found the little things that make a big difference that I overlooked!! Will definetely be doing this atleast 2x a year to keep upgrading!! :)

    So I've had quite a few consultations and attended webinars with Tropic (Shakira) so I didn't expect anything less than what was received with the audits. I purchased both the website and Instagram audit, and the ease of opening the recorded audit was very user friendly as it came with a direct link that just opens in your browser and you are able to pause/play. The audit was returned to me within the estimated time! But the meat of it was in the actual audit/feedback! Not just helpful information, but actionable. Many of the items I was able to modify as I was reviewing the feedback.

    If you think you need help with your website/IG or just want an extra pair of eyes I would highly recommend purchasing!
