When will my order ship?
After you order you can expect to receive an order confirmation email. Processing time is 6-10 business days. Orders are then shipped via USPS priority mail which takes 2-3 business days or first class mail (7-10 business days). Please note, USPS has been experiencing some delays.
Shipping times are currently 10-15 business days for our wholesale program.
Order is Incorrect
If there a mistake with your order (wrong size or product) please email us. We will correct your order immediately once verified. Due to the nature of our products we currently do not offer exchanges/returns.
What do I do if my Body Soufflé or Scrubs other products arrives melted?
First, make sure you're always tracking your packages so they are not sitting your mailbox or post office. We also include an ice pack with your soufflés during the warmer months. As described under each product,
"Our butters or scrubs may melt in transit in hot climates. You still can use the butter melted or simply place it in the refrigerator or on a table to solidify. Unfortunately it will not regain its original whipped texture. This product can not be refunded or exchanged if it melts because it is still effective and has ALL of the same great benefits. You can rewhip with a mixer if you choose.
Our Body Soufflés are handcrafted without artificial preservatives, please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for maximum longevity."
Can I track my package?
Yes. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided at checkout. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and all claims involving lost, damage or stolen packages must be resolved through them.
Once you receive a tracking number please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking to update. If your tracking number shows no movement after 5 BUSINESS DAYS please email us at email@example.com or contact the post office. Majority of wholesale orders are shipped through USPS.
COVID-19 UPDATE- PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR TRACKING NUMBERS TO BE UPDATED.
If there is an issue with your order you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery for the issue to be resolved. For damaged packages please keep all packaging and take pictures for insurance claim with the carrier. All claims can be filed directly on their website and by calling them at 1-800-332-0317 to receive a form to file by mail.

How Can I V-Steam at Home (Empress Yoni Steams)?
Bring 4-6 cups of distilled water to a complete boil. Once the water is boiling, add a handful of herbs to the boiling water and stir for about 30 seconds.Let herbs steep for 5 minutes, which also allows the water to cool down slightly and not burn you.Remove mixture from the burner and pour into your heat safe bowl that you are going to sit over. Sit over your bowl for 20-30 minutes covering your lower body with a towel or sheet. Ensure that the steam is flowing towards your vagina and not too hot.
Do you use color dye or glitter in your soap?
We do not use dye in our products. We use herbs, vegetables, fruits, and a coloring powder called Mica. Mica is a naturally occurring skin safe mineral. Mica is safe for all skin types and does not dye your skin in any way.

My soap is finishing really fast, why is this?
The reason this happens is because your soap may not be in a soap draining dish. Store your soaps properly after each use to avoid this.
My address is wrong on my confirmation.
If your address is wrong, please email us and we will update it. For fraud prevention we can not change your entire shipping address. However, we will update minor errors (your zip code, apartment number, house number and etc). To change entire address, we would have to cancel order and you would have to re-purchase again. We cannot change bulking addresses. If package is already shipped and returned due to an incorrect address, you have to pay a reshipping fee to receive your items again. We ship to the address that you input.

Why do colors and designs vary?
All of our products are handcrafted. Colors may vary due to the variation/origin of the particular herbs, vegetables, barks and mica we use. Additionally, when we create soaps, swirls will naturally vary and cannot be controlled for the same outcome each time. Regardless of the color or design, the healing properties are the same each batch.
Can you use the yoni soap on your face and entire body?
My package says delivered, but I don't see it. What do I do?
Once any company submits packages to USPS, they are now fully responsible. Please contact USPS and inquire about your package. You can also file a claim where they will refund your money. You can then purchase again with us. Oftentimes, your package is at your local post office and can be recovered by USPS. If you are still having trouble, contact us for support.
